John Alcaraz is an LA native Talent Manager at Vision Entertainment. After graduating from Syracuse University in New York, John began his career at CAA in the TV and Film talent department. After just under 3 years at CAA, he then went on to work in management at Untitled Entertainment and independently starting his own firm before joining Vision. John aims to advocate for an entertainment world that broadens the cultures seen on screen. John is the Co-head of the Talent Department as well as the Trainee Program at Vision.

Beyond that, he’s worked for Oscar-nominated actors and directors; assisted in writer’s rooms, and even relocated to Greece to work at a refugee camp. His career in representation started at CAA and then Anonymous Content, in both the talent and lit departments. As a manager, he gravitates towards multihyphenates and under-represented voices; Nicolas serves as co-head of the talent department.

Her interest lies in the intersection of books, movies, and television.

Diana is a Talent Manager with a degree in Communication and a major in Film, and boasts many years of diverse industry experience. She has served as an Agent, Casting Assistant, Production Assistant, and Publicist. Seeking further professional development, she ventured to Vancouver where she gained valuable insights into the acting world. She has now returned to Mexico, where she dedicates her skills to nurturing artists' careers and potential in the Talent Department at Vision Entertainment.
